A sample/portion of the wallpaper is removed and tested in order to assess 1) the type of wallcovering that was used, 2) the type of adhesive that was used and 3) the surface condition of the wall beneath the wallpaper.

Wet or dry removal begins based on the procedure determined by the test area. Walls are then washed to remove any remaning wallpaper and adhesive.

Finally, the area is cleaned and debris is removed.
*The condition of the walls after removal will be determined, in part, by the type of priming and wall preparation done before the wallcovering was installed.
